$400 Consumers Energy Rebate for attic insulation by America's Pros, Inc. "A Veteran Owned Company & Your Insulation Specialist!" Licensed & Insured ends on March 31st

Consumers Energy’s rebate of $400 to bring the thermal resistant “R Value” of the insulation in your home’s attic to a minimum of R49 is ending on March 31st.
So, if you are unsure of the thermal resistant rating of the insulation in your home’s attic or if you’re concerned that there may be mold, mildew, fire hazards or animal intrusion, it would be a good idea to have America’s  Pros, Inc., “A Veteran Owned Company”, inspect your attic, because we are licensed and insured, and also preferred contractors for Consumers Energy, as we are insulation specialists. We will not onlyhttp://www.americaspros.com/home-insulation-attic-insulation.htm check the thermal resistant rating (R value) of the insulation in your attic, but we also inspect for other safety issues such as: open junction boxes, exposed wires, animal intrusion, to see if the insulation that is currently in your attic is blocking the soffit vents which will cause poor air circulation, that can lead to the build-up of moisture, which can cause mold and mildew. What’s also important to know too, is that by adding insulation to your home’s attic will not only cut your energy bills by as much as 40%, but also it will also keep your home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Furthermore, we are working with local schools and noon-profir organizations on a fund raising program, for which we will donate $100 to their group. And if you schedule America’s Pros to add insulation to your home’s attic before the end of March, we will power wash your deck or patio for free, up-to 400 square feet. Paul LaRiviere, a homeowner here Rochester Hills, is saving over $650 a year since America's Pros added cellulose insulation to his home’s attic. This is just one of the many happy and satisifed homeowner and business owners we have assisted over the years with insulation, power washing, concrete driveways, asphalt, painting and more. For references or information please visit America’s Pros on the web at http://www.americaspros.com. Please give us a call at 248-841-1714 and let us know when would be a good day to meet with you to do an inspection of your home’s attic. Thank you and God bless America!
Sincerely,

Attn: Mr. Scott McIntyre

Dear Scott,

Earlier this month I called America's Pros, in order to get a price for adding insulation to our home’s attic here in South Lyon.

Scott, your company was very responsive to our request to get pricing as soon as possible, because you came right away and gave my wife and me a very detailed proposal. During your inspection you pointed out the wrong size baffle vents had been installed between the rafters and that the insulation we had in our attic was plugging all of the soffits, which was blocking the air from circulating correctly. After Mary and I discussed the attic insulation work we needed, we asked you to give us a price to fix the rotted wood around two of our upstairs windows. Well, as you promised the next day you called us back and gave us a very fair price to fix the windows. So, based upon the low cost of adding much need cellulose insulation to our attic and the price to repair the windows, we choose America’s Pros for all of the work we needed to have done at our home. And it was good to see a company that respected and took care of a retired couple, with the great prices and service you gave us. After your crew finished the work, we inspected the job and were very pleased to find it was completed as you promised us, that being neatly and efficiently. Furthermore, your entire crew arrived at our home on time and they paid close attention to detail while both insulating our attic and making the window repairs. With the rising cost of energy bills, Mary and I look forward to the saving money on our energy bills! If you ever want to use us as a reference, please feel free to, as we are very pleased with the job America’s Pros did for us. Thank you and keep up the good job!

America's Pros has received dozens of reference letters for attic and crawl space insulation we have done for homeowners in Troy, Rochester, Bloomfield, Oakland Township, Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield, Berkley, Birmingham, Farmington Hills, Oakland County, MI, Michigan. And for concrete driveways, concrete patios, concrete sidewalks, parking lots and concrete stamped patios. The following is an excerpt of a letter that we received from a homeowner in Troy:

Dear Mr. McIntyre of America's Pros, Inc.

When we determine that we need a project completed at our house, we typically get at least five estimates from five different companies. Sadly, it is very common for some phone inquiries to never be returned and for some appointments to end up being "no shows." That was certainly not the case with America's Pros! A real person actually answered the phone! Not only was our insulation estimate appointment kept, but you called a day in advance to remind us that you would be here and be on time. You were.

You took the time to talk to us and clarify just what we wanted. You actually spent a lot of time crawling around our attic, determining our insulation needs. (Unlike a competitor who stuck his head up into the attic and made his estimate that way.) Your estimate of what we would save on gas and electric bills was realistic and, as it turned out, quite accurate. You not only gave us a written job estimate that did not change with the bill, you also called us a few days after your appointment with us to see if we had any questions or concerns that weren't addressed when you were here.

You didn't stop there. You delivered the insulation materials the day before the job, in order that everything was here and ready for the next day's work. You arrived exactly when you said you would; the job took most of the day, as planned; you did not run out of materials; you used responsible safety procedures; workers were pleasant; and, they cleaned up completely before leaving.

Many people look at cost only. It is a rare company now days who can provide a timely follow up to a customer inquiry phone call, offer fair, cost-effective work, provide courteous employees, and be punctual, too! One would think that would be standard customer service throughout the trades. It is not. So, when a company like America's Pros provides all those things, it can only be to your advantage and to ours. You did what you said you were going to do.

You did it when you said you would. You did it for the cost you quoted. And, you did a good job. It doesn't get any better than that. Well done!

New Concrete Patio Solved Flooding Problem

A resent Rochester Michigan customer of ours had problems with their apartment flooding. We managed to take care of the flooding problem by installing a new concrete patio and concrete sidewalks with proper drainage. Now the water flows away from the side of the apartment complex rather than pooling next to the wall and leaking into the apartment. As always, we thank Emerald Apartments of Rochester MI for their business.

Dear Scott,

I am writing this letter to commend America’s Pros, Inc. on the work you recently did on one of our apartments. As you know, we had a problem with this particular apartment flooding and it was a recurrent issue over the last few years. We had tried several solutions by other vendors which did not work. The installation of a new concrete patio and a drain pipe will move water away from the apartment to eliminate the problem. The sidewalks which had to be replaced were done with good materials and the job was executed neatly. In addition we appreciated America’s Pros, Inc. meeting our strict deadline of June 29th. We will certainly keep you in mind for any additional work we may have in the future.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Sincerely,

Elizabeth Andrews
