Dear Robert,

I wanted to write you a little note to tell you that I appreciated the quick reply to my phone call last week from your postcard mailing about repairing cracks in my driveway. More importantly Robert, the thoroughness and work America’s Pros did on repairing the cracks in my driveway was done very nicely and clean too! So, please feel free to use me as a reference for America’s Pros, as your company does great work, as promised. Best of all the price of $190 for all of the work was what I could afford and much better than me trying to repair it like I did 2 years ago.  In the future, I will be calling America’s Pros as other needs arise around my home for repairs and maintenance. Thank you!

Attn: Mr. Scott McIntyre

Dear Scott,

Earlier this month I called America's Pros, in order to get a price for adding insulation to our home’s attic here in South Lyon.

Scott, your company was very responsive to our request to get pricing as soon as possible, because you came right away and gave my wife and me a very detailed proposal. During your inspection you pointed out the wrong size baffle vents had been installed between the rafters and that the insulation we had in our attic was plugging all of the soffits, which was blocking the air from circulating correctly. After Mary and I discussed the attic insulation work we needed, we asked you to give us a price to fix the rotted wood around two of our upstairs windows. Well, as you promised the next day you called us back and gave us a very fair price to fix the windows. So, based upon the low cost of adding much need cellulose insulation to our attic and the price to repair the windows, we choose America’s Pros for all of the work we needed to have done at our home. And it was good to see a company that respected and took care of a retired couple, with the great prices and service you gave us. After your crew finished the work, we inspected the job and were very pleased to find it was completed as you promised us, that being neatly and efficiently. Furthermore, your entire crew arrived at our home on time and they paid close attention to detail while both insulating our attic and making the window repairs. With the rising cost of energy bills, Mary and I look forward to the saving money on our energy bills! If you ever want to use us as a reference, please feel free to, as we are very pleased with the job America’s Pros did for us. Thank you and keep up the good job!

Dear Scott,

In today's word, as A retired businessman and WWII veteran, I need to be very careful with whom I have work done around my home in Rochester Hills, whether it be for having cellulose insulation added to the attic of my home’s attic, painting, power washing, roof work of simply just a good and honest handyman. So, when I called America’s Pros in Rochester Hills for a price to power wash they offered me a good price and I must say, that when I had  America's Pros, power wash, clean and stain my deck, their company was on-time, economical and most of a trustworthy, plus Mike did a wonderful job, as the deck looks great! One-more important point that I was pleased with and that is when I mentioned to you there was a spot or two on my deck that did not look just right your team came back out to make it look perfect!

Scott, the next time I need more work like adding insulation to my attic, painting, roof repairs or any other handyman service America's Pros will be the only company that I’ll call, because they take good care of us Military Veterans and also give good prices too. Thank you, good luck and I wish you continued success.

Dear Scott,

I want to let you know how completely satisfied I am with the entire contractual experience of adding cellulose insulation to the attic of my home in Farmington Hills, plus the handy man work you did for us too. You were very professional and responded to my initial call very promptly. I appreciated how you explained completely the work that was to be done (additional attic insulation) in a manner that was clear and understandable to myself. Your price was very reasonable (I did get two other quotes). Your crew was also able to begin the job in a very timely manner. They did an excellent job. They were also also quite polite and respectful. When they finished the job also in a very timely manner. I appreciated that while the crew was completing the job you stopped by to check to make sure the quality work was done. When the crew was done with the additional attic insulation they left the job sight very clean.

It was an excellent contractual relationship. I certainly would call you if I need any further work to be contracted in the future.

Thank you,
Glenn D.C. Whitelaw

Cellulose Insulation in Troy, Rochester, Bloomfield, Oakland Township, Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield, Berkley, Birmingham, Farmington Hills, Oakland County, MI, Michigan

America's Pros has received dozens of reference letters for attic and crawl space insulation we have done for homeowners in Troy, Rochester, Bloomfield, Oakland Township, Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield, Berkley, Birmingham, Farmington Hills, Oakland County, MI, Michigan. And for concrete driveways, concrete patios, concrete sidewalks, parking lots and concrete stamped patios. The following is an excerpt of a letter that we received from a homeowner in Troy:

Dear Mr. McIntyre of America's Pros, Inc.

When we determine that we need a project completed at our house, we typically get at least five estimates from five different companies. Sadly, it is very common for some phone inquiries to never be returned and for some appointments to end up being "no shows." That was certainly not the case with America's Pros! A real person actually answered the phone! Not only was our insulation estimate appointment kept, but you called a day in advance to remind us that you would be here and be on time. You were.

You took the time to talk to us and clarify just what we wanted. You actually spent a lot of time crawling around our attic, determining our insulation needs. (Unlike a competitor who stuck his head up into the attic and made his estimate that way.) Your estimate of what we would save on gas and electric bills was realistic and, as it turned out, quite accurate. You not only gave us a written job estimate that did not change with the bill, you also called us a few days after your appointment with us to see if we had any questions or concerns that weren't addressed when you were here.

You didn't stop there. You delivered the insulation materials the day before the job, in order that everything was here and ready for the next day's work. You arrived exactly when you said you would; the job took most of the day, as planned; you did not run out of materials; you used responsible safety procedures; workers were pleasant; and, they cleaned up completely before leaving.

Many people look at cost only. It is a rare company now days who can provide a timely follow up to a customer inquiry phone call, offer fair, cost-effective work, provide courteous employees, and be punctual, too! One would think that would be standard customer service throughout the trades. It is not. So, when a company like America's Pros provides all those things, it can only be to your advantage and to ours. You did what you said you were going to do.

You did it when you said you would. You did it for the cost you quoted. And, you did a good job. It doesn't get any better than that. Well done!

Insulation Oakland Township, Rochester, Rochester Hills, Bloomfield, Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield, Troy, Oakland County, MI, Michigan saved homeowners up-to 40% on their energy bills

The following is from a letter that contract America's Pros to do insulation and other work at a home he built in Oakland Township:

America’s Pros, Inc.
P.O. Box 81275
Rochester, MI 48308-1275
Attn: Mr. Scott McIntyre

Dear Mr. McIntyre,

I wanted to take this opportunity to write you and your company to thank you for your assistance, more importantly the quality work you preformed on the custom built home that I have been building in Oakland Township on Indian Lake!

Mr. McIntyre, in looking for a sub-contractor to paint the interior of the home, stain all of the wood-work and to insulate the attic with cellulose insulation, which the homeowner required, a friend of mine suggested that I contact America’s Pros, because your company has several divisions which do that type of work. So, when I called to get a bid, your staff came to the job site immediately and within a couple of days, they presented me with an extremely cost-effective and professional proposal. What really counted is that the work was completed ahead of schedule and more importantly the quality of the work your company performed was top-notch! What I found even more amazing is that your company actually cleaned all of the windows, which involved removing all of the Anderson stickers. And then your team even cleaned-up all of the construction materials and garbage that had accumulated over the past several months from the HVAC contractor, roofer, plumber, etc., and then they reinstalled the silt fence!

So Mr. McIntyre, I am very pleased to write this letter to your company, as it is unusual to have a sub-contractor, like America’s Pros, go so far out of their way to take such good care of a general contractor like they did with my company, R & R Construction. I have now had insulation blown in to the attics of homes in Bloomfield, Troy, Rochester, West Bloomfield, Rochester Hills, Bloofield Hills and throughout Oakland County Michigan and Americas's Pros is by far the best at the job. I can assure you that when I need painting, insulation, window cleaning or general clean-up at the construction site, the only company I need to call will be America’s Pros. I want to thank you, Michael Nowacki and your entire staff for a job well done!

Sincerely,

Cellulose insulation, Bloomfield, Oakland County, Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield, Michigan, Insulate Attic

The following is a copy of a letter a homeowner that bought a condominium in Bloomfield Michigan wrote to America's Pros:

Dear Scott,

Earlier this year I purchased a condo in Bloomfield, which lacked a sufficient amount of insulation, because it only had R11. So, I started the search for companies who could help me. Well after making various phone calls and meeting different contractors, I ended up choosing America's Pros, which turned out to be an excellent decision.

Scott, I thought it would be a good idea to write you a short note to let you know how pleased I was with my decision to have America's Pros add additional cellulose insulation to the attic of my condo in Bloomfield. When we first meet and you did the inspection of my attic, which I must admit was at a tough time, because of all of the work I had being done before I moved in, you and your partners did an awesome job! You and your team were on time as promised, very professional, plus you guys helped answer my questions in a very thorough way and were also very helpful! What I found was even better, is that my condo was nice and warm the rest of the winter and I did not need to set my thermostat high. So, if I talk to anyone who is looking to save money on their utility bills and keep their home more comfortable all year long, I'll be happy to tell them to call America's Pros, especially knowing that you are a veteran owned company. Thank you!

Attic and crawl space insulation West Bloomfield Hills, Oakland County Mi, Michigan

We added cellulose insulation into the attic and also insulated their crawl space with fiberglass BATT insulation for a homeowner in West Bloomfield Hills MI. The following is what they wrote to America's Pros about the job we did for them:

Attn: Mr. Robert McIntyre

Dear Robert,

In January of this year I contracted with America's Pros, to add insulation in the crawl space of our home in Bloomfield Hills. Over the next 30-60 days, I evaluated the difference in both the temperature and also our Consumers Energy heating bills. Well, I was pleasantly surprised at how much more comfortable the floor was in the areas above the crawl space where your crews added insulation. As a matter fact, we were so pleased with the results of the insulation that we decided to have America’s Pros add some much needed insulation to our home’s attic in March.

Robert, as an architect I am always conscious of how the contractors I work with and select for jobs, perform their services! Well in the case of choosing America’s Pros to do the insulation work in my crawl space and then add more insulation into my attic was a wise one, because not only were Scott, Mike and your crew so professional, honest and hard working, but more importantly the amount of energy we are now not using in the winter to heat our home and in the summer to keep in cool is so much less (around 20-40%). More importantly when they were preparing the areas where they were adding insulation they had me inspect their work both before and after they were done, because they wanted to make certain that I saw that they had removed the BATT insulation that was blocking the soffit vents and that they had correctly installed, plus they even showed me how they marked the rafters to 9.3”, which was the amount of cellulose insulation that they were adding to my home’s attic area. So, I am pleased with my decision and will definitely recommend to anyone that wants to not only save money on their home’s energy consumption “bills”, to call America’s Pros. Anyway, with the rising cost of homeowners DTE and Consumers Energy bills, I think it would be wise decision for anyone who wants to save a lot of money on their heating and air conditioning bills and make their home more comfortable to call America’s Pros. Thank you for the great job you did adding insulation to both my crawl space and attic on our home in West Bloomfield!

Sincerely,

Bruce Roberts

Attic insulation Rochester Hills Michigan saved 27% on energy bills

After adding cellulose insulation to a homeowners attic in Rochester Hills, we did a follow-up call and the following is excerpt is from a letter he sent to us:

Mike:
Your question caused me to research our home heating bills since your company insulated my attic with 14” of cellulose in December, 2006.
I found that our monthly heating bills (we are on the equal monthly budget plan) have decreased from $198 in December, 2006 when you insulated our attic to $144 in December, 2007, one year later.  That is a reduction of $54 per month or 27%.   I attribute the biggest part of that reduction to the insulation and a smaller portion to warmer winter temperatures.  Our annual savings is $650.  We are really happy with the savings.
Additionally, our upstairs bedrooms are much more comfortable with fewer drafts in the winter.  I’ve also noticed that the upstairs is much more comfortable in the summer because the upstairs doesn’t heat up as early in the day like it used to before the insulation work.
So thank you for insulating our attic last year.  Your company did a good job and the worksite was clean when you were finished.
Regards,
 Paul LaRiviere

Attic Insulation Bloomfield Hills Michigan for disabled person

Last summer we added insulation to Dennis Kapp's home in West Bloomfield! The following is what we wrote to us:

First of all, last summer I meet with Scott McIntyre regarding doing some concrete work for me at my home in West Bloomfield, to help me be able to get into my home easier, because I am disabled. However, even though Scott did a great and presented a very economical proposal, I chose to install a chair lift system installed in my home instead of doing the concrete work.

Robert, in December I received an e-mail from America’s Pros regarding adding insulation to my home. Well given my floors were cold in a large section of my home, I decided to call Scott at America’s Pros. Well he did a very thorough inspection of both my home’s attic and crawl space, after which he gave me a very good price to do both areas. Since having the work done, I have noticed my furnace running a lot less, but more importantly the flooring above where America’s Pros insulated the crawl space is much warmer. As a result of the good job America’s Pros did for me, I will keep your number and when I need other services for my West Bloomfield home, such a painting, power washing. etc., I will be calling your company. Should any of my friends or business associates need any of America’s Pros services, I will definitely recommend that they call your company. Thank you and please keep in touch with me as summer comes!
